About me

I am trained in Integrative Counselling offering a variety of approaches meaning I can tailor the counselling to suit the client. These include:-

Psychodynamic Counselling - looking at the past and how it affects your current beliefs.

Person Centred - Offering each individual Unconditional Positive Regard, Congruence and a non judgemental space for the client to find their own solutions.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - looking at thought patterns and behaviours learnt to assist in changing those to be more beneficial.

My hypnotherapy service can be used as part of counselling or as a stand alone service to assist with weight loss, smoking cessation, reducing stress and anxiety as an example.
