About me
I believe that healing begins the moment you feel truly seen and heard. My approach to counselling is rooted in unwavering warmth and understanding, creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace.
I specialise in offering a compassionate and deeply supportive sanctuary for those carrying the heavy, exhausting weight of anxiety, panic disorder, stress, depression or burnout. My intention is to help you gently explore the deep-rooted causes of your panic and fears, while discovering the sacred tools already within yourself to soothe and calm your nervous system. Together, we will hold space for all parts of you, cultivating a deep sense of understanding and self-compassion for the ways you've been coping. I am also here to softly hold a space of refuge for those navigating the quiet emotional toll of supporting family members with mental health challenges. Through heart-centered guidance and grounding rituals, we will work to restore a lasting sense of inner peace.
I also support clients navigating a wide range of life's challenges. Whether you are working through relationship difficulties, building confidence and self-worth, processing bereavement, navigating life’s transitions, the complexities of neurodiversity or simply looking to enhance your overall wellbeing and personal growth, you are welcome here. I offer a gentle environment where you can safely process life’s challenges, explore your inner world at your own pace and begin the journey of coming home to yourself.
I help my clients develop a kind and compassionate awareness towards their thoughts and emotions. My approach is always centred on warmth and deep understanding. I can support you in discovering the resilience and calm that already exists within you.
I am also trained in breathwork and mindfulness. Optionally I can combine practical breathwork or visualisation techniques to help you quiet the mind, heal the heart and safely reconnect with your body. Together, we will work to cultivate the tools you need to move through life with greater clarity, self-compassion and ease, ultimately guiding you back to your true purpose.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
