About me
Hi, I’m Carla, a qualified Counsellor and Social Work professional with over 20 years of experience working alongside children, young people, and families across schools, communities, and healthcare settings.
As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring lived experience, empathy, and insight into my work. I create fun, creative, and interactive sessions that are thoughtfully designed to meet each young person’s individual needs, strengths, and interests. I offer both in-person and online counselling, with a focus on neurodiversity, trauma, emotional wellbeing, and complex needs.
My approach is warm, person-centred, and adaptable to support each child in the way that works best for them. With a strong background in social work, safeguarding, and multi-agency collaboration, I’m committed to providing a safe, supportive space where children feel heard, respected, and empowered.
