About me
My name is Capricia and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. My aim is to offer you an affordable counselling option, whilst bringing a space for you to explore whatever you need to in an unbiased, validating and safe environment.
I offer online counselling (over Zoom) to adults (18+). Sessions last 50 minutes and I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation to help you understand and explore what you'd like to get out of your sessions.
My fee is £35 per session, as I aim to make counselling more affordable for you.
Why did I become a counsellor? Because I understand what it’s like to feel stuck, isolated and overwhelmed and I want others to know they don’t have to face these problems alone. Everyone deserves to feel heard and understood.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have four years of experience in counselling, and my background is primarily working with clients who have experienced domestic abuse, trauma, depression and/or anxiety, CPTSD, complicated grief, adults of narcissistic parents, clients with OCD, clients undergoing cancer treatment, as well as working with clients who have ADHD and/or Autism.
I am accredited with the NCPS, which basically means I am ethically practicing counselling with a membership.
Membership no. NCS24-00634
I have trained with Counselling Tutor to become an accredited online and telephone counsellor.
I have also completed additional training to work with neurodivergent clients (I am neurodivergent myself!), as well as additional training in trauma work and working with adult adoptees.
