About me
I'm Bryn, I'm an Integrative therapist based in Sheffield.
I’m a therapist who believes healing happens in real, messy, human moments. Not in perfection. Not in having all the answers. But in showing up honestly, with curiosity and compassion.
My work is rooted in the understanding that we are nervous systems before we are narratives. That our bodies hold stories long before we have words for them. I help people slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves and others in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
I’m especially passionate about working with intimacy, desire, shame, and identity. These are spaces where people often feel misunderstood, judged, or “too much.” In this room, you don’t have to shrink. We can talk about the things that feel awkward, confusing, or hard to say out loud. Gently. At your pace.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m human first, therapist second. I don’t hide behind jargon or distance. I’ll meet you where you are, with warmth, humour when appropriate, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and body-aware. That means we pay attention not just to what you think, but how you feel, how your body responds, and what your nervous system needs in order to feel safe enough to change.
You don’t need to be “fixed.”
You don’t need to perform wellness.
You just need a space where you’re allowed to be real.
And that’s what I aim to offer.
I'm affiliated with National Ugly Mugs and Pineapple Support - I'm a sex work affirming & inclusive, and kink aware therapist. My concession rates apply to people in associated industries. I am proud to display the Red Umbrella.
If you'd like to ask me any questions, or if you'd like to work with me, please get in touch via email or phone. I currently have availability during the day throughout the week, and some evening appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Getting in touch doesn't mean any kind of commitment on your behalf, it won't cost you a penny, and if you do want to book a session, the first one is half price.

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I have experience in the charitable sector with a variety of issues, from stress, depression and anxiety, to domestic abuse and bereavement. Those labels might apply to some of you, but they might not for others. You might just have "some stuff" you want to talk about, and there might not be a label attached to it, but I'm happy to lend an ear to you.
I am also sex worker allied, and have worked with a number of clients who have been a part of the sex work industry. I have acquired knowledge and understanding of many aspects of, and issues relating to, this field. Feel free to reach out if this applies to you.
