About me
I'm Bryn, I'm an Integrative therapist based in Sheffield.
I pride myself on being authentic and relatable, I like hardcore and metal music, nerdy things like anime and D&D, skateboarding and football. I wear casual clothes like band tees at work, cos I want therapy to feel laid back, just like me!
Life throws challenges at us, and sometimes these are difficult. We go through transitions and change, we experience loss, and our relationships can be troublesome. This can affect our confidence and self-esteem.
I work in a non-judgemental and empathic way, alongside you, to understand your experiences and work collaboratively to overcome difficulties you may be facing. At the end of the day, you are the expert in your own experience and this is incredibly valuable in the process of therapy.
I aim to help you unlock your own potential, knowledge, and coping skills so that you can learn more about yourself. In our work together, hopefully, you can also learn how to live with more self-acceptance.
Counselling isn't always easy.
In fact, it's rarely easy - but the fact that you're here and reading this shows you want to change. It shows you have the strength and willpower to influence your life, and that maybe you'd like a little help doing a bit more of that.
If you'd like to ask me any questions, or if you'd like to work with me, please get in touch via email or phone. I currently have availability during the day throughout the week, and some evening appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Getting in touch doesn't mean any kind of commitment on your behalf, it won't cost you a penny, and if you do want to book a session, the first one is half price.

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I have experience in the charitable sector with a variety of issues, from stress, depression and anxiety, to domestic abuse and bereavement. Those labels might apply to some of you, but they might not for others. You might just have "some stuff" you want to talk about, and there might not be a label attached to it, but I'm happy to lend an ear to you.
I am also sex worker allied, and have worked with a number of clients who have been a part of the sex work industry. I have acquired knowledge and understanding of many aspects of, and issues relating to, this field. Feel free to reach out if this applies to you.
