About me

There are times in life when everything can feel overwhelming. You may be carrying anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or a sense of hopelessness, wondering if things will ever feel different. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps to take, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. As an NCPS qualified person-centred psychotherapist, I offer a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can be heard, accepted, and valued exactly as you are. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when they are met with empathy, understanding, and respect.

I work with young adults through to older adults, supporting people from all walks of life as they navigate personal difficulties, transitions, and emotional struggles. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you with compassion, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, I am here to support you in finding hope, resilience, and a way forward. Together, we can create a therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

Further information

I have a background in art, yoga and meditation, which feeds my therapeutic work to employ a holistic approach to the work allowing the therapy to become alive and embodied.

Our in person or online sessions will help you identify ways of overcoming unhelpful patterns and you may begin to see the part you play in them. Therapy will also give you a chance to work through complex issues and dilemmas in order to understand yourself. Together, the work can be a rewarding and empowering process.
