About me

#NEW SLOTS AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAY#

I am an experienced Counsellor offering in-person one to one sessions from the Mulberry Rooms (outside of Newton Abbot) I offer both long and short term therapy.

Are you anxious, depressed, worried about your family and relationships or trying to find your place in life?

I have supported clients with a wide range of issues, including relationships, parenthood, career stress, burnout, identity changes, health concerns, loss of purpose, and grieving the past. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come. Many people arrive simply knowing that something doesn’t feel right.

Sessions are confidential and open to anyone who feels stuck, angry, isolated, or simply worn down. You don’t need to decide in advance how long you’ll come for. For some, therapy is a short “MOT” to help get back on track; for others, it becomes a longer, supportive relationship.

I offer in-person sessions at The Mulberry Rooms, with parking available and easy access via the bus stop on Totnes Road at the top of Abbotskerswell.

I look forward to meeting you, please phone me for a free consultation to see if I may be the right therapist for you.
