About me
Sometimes life shifts in ways you didn’t choose — a relationship ending, a loss, a slow erosion of confidence you can’t quite explain. Or perhaps you’ve been managing for so long that you’ve lost touch with what you actually feel. Whatever has brought you here, reaching out takes courage, and I want you to know that this is a space without judgement.
I’m an integrative counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist with many years of experience working with adults across a wide range of difficulties. I work with both men and women, and I understand that what brings someone to therapy often doesn’t fit neatly into a category — it’s usually a tangle of things: a relationship that has broken down, a growing sense of anxiety, grief that hasn’t had room to be processed, or a pattern of behaviour that keeps repeating despite your best efforts to change it.
My approach draws from several therapeutic traditions, which means I work with what’s actually useful for you rather than following a single model. I also use clinical hypnotherapy as part of my practice — a tool that works directly with the unconscious mind and can be particularly effective for anxiety, confidence, and deeply ingrained patterns that haven’t shifted through talking alone.
The areas I work with most frequently include:
∙ Relationship difficulties and the aftermath of separation or divorce
∙ Anxiety, self-doubt and persistent low confidence
∙ Burnout and emotional exhaustion
∙ Grief and loss
∙ Childhood and relational trauma
∙ Narcissistic abuse
∙ Life transitions — redundancy, illness, becoming a parent, the empty nest years. I aim to cultivate a relationship based on trust and offer an environment that is warm, attentive and non-judgmental. Somewhere you can express yourself freely, in full confidentiality and at a pace that suits you. You don’t have to walk this path alone.
I have in-person sessions in Richmond, TW10, Chelsea, SW10 and sometimes Clapham, SW4.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer a free 20-minute initial phone consultation where you can tell me about your situation and ask me any questions to ensure I'm the right person to help you. It is not a therapy session.
During the phone consultation, we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to get out of the sessions. If you decide you want to work with me, we will then schedule an initial session online or in person.
