I'm a caring, qualified, experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, professionally trained in the UK. I offer personalised, compassionate, supportive therapy, to help you overcome obstacles and improve your quality of life. Your journey is unique and all support will be tailored specifically to your needs. I offer caring, relaxed sessions, where you will be heard and valued. I hold both Australian & British nationality and have been living in the UK for 20 years. I'm an accredited member of the UK's National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I can support you with anxiety, depression, stress, fear, panic, loss and change, phobias, family issues, OCD and many more issues. You're confidentiality will always be respected.
