About me
Thank you so much for coming to have a look at my profile. Everyone is welcome here. My name is Tina and my practice aims to provide a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on. I promise to give you sessions with my full attention and care.
I am passionate and dedicated to developing and sustaining a real and healthy therapeutic relationship, built on respect, honesty and security, working towards you feeling heard and understood - enabling us to work effectively whilst attending to your emotional, psychological and even spiritual needs, promoting self-discovery, self-care and positive wellbeing.
We ALL experience hardships in our lives, whoever we may be. No one has the perfect life (even if they say they do!). My life goal is (and has always been) to help any individual to feel in a better place emotionally and psychologically if they are dealing with tough times. I would be honoured to support you and try to help you find your best path and allow you time to process what’s happening around you.
If this is something you feel you would be interested in and long for a kindred soul to talk to, please send me a message.
I very much look forward to being there for you
