About me

I’m Beth, an accredited counsellor who works with those aged 18 years and above. I offer therapeutic counselling in person, online and on the phone.

My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and confidential space where we can work together to understand how your experiences, thoughts and feelings may be impacting your life. I will work with you to meet your needs and help you to identify inner resources and solutions to issues you face.

I am committed to providing an empathetic, inclusive and non-judgemental environment.

I am Relate trained and have worked in a number of voluntary organisations offering short and long-term counselling. I also have a clinical NHS background, which complements my work as a therapeutic counsellor.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and I am available Monday to Saturday. I have offices in Exeter, Taunton and Kenton.
