About me

Do you suffer from anxiety, relationship or family issues, or worry about depression or low self-esteem? I'm a friendly, approachable and supportive Gestalt counsellor working by Liverpool Street Station, East London, just across Bishopsgate. I can support you to explore whatever you're facing, without trying to label or fix you.

I'm an accredited registrant member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

Trained in Gestalt Therapy (at the Esalen Institute, Big Sur, California, and at the Gestalt Centre, London) and relational ways of working, I'll invite you to start from wherever you are, exploring what's happening for you in the here and now. I may share observations, ask questions, and invite you to explore what’s happening as we meet, aiming to raise awareness of how you move through the world, as you are now, and open up new opportunities.

I see therapy as a space for authentic contact, exploration and discovery, rather than diagnosis or repair. You shouldn't feel coming to counselling implies you're “broken”. Instead, you likely want to understand yourself more clearly, to learn new ways of relating, and discover what freedom and connection look like for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • MA Gestalt Therapy Theory Studies - Gestalt Centre, London / London Metropolitan University - 2025
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt Therapy - Gestalt Centre, London - 2024
