About me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to face these feelings by yourself. I’m a person-centred and integrative counselling psychotherapist dedicated to helping you move from struggle to strength. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, lift depression, and rebuild your sense of connection and confidence.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, burdened by difficult emotions or relationship challenges. You might feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Whatever you’re facing, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore these challenges at your own pace and start finding practical ways to regain control and hope.

How I Work

I combine the warmth and empathy of person-centred therapy with integrative techniques tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will:

  • Explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a non-judgemental, supportive environment
  • Uncover underlying patterns contributing to distress
  • Develop practical strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and improve relationships
  • Work collaboratively to create a therapy plan that suits your goals and pace

Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, or coping with everyday pressures, I’m here to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey focused on empowerment. You’ll gain deeper self-understanding and practical tools to face challenges with greater confidence and calm.

What to Expect

In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, non-judgemental space to express what’s weighing on you. We’ll:

  • Clarify your goals together
  • Tailor therapy to what feels most helpful for you
  • Work at a pace that respects your needs

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve tried before, I’m committed to supporting you with empathy, patience, and respect.

Take the First Step

If you’re ready to move towards relief, clarity, and connection, please get in touch. You deserve to feel supported and empowered; and I’d be honoured to help you on your path to wellbeing.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
