Annie Green-Armytage BSc (Hons), MA, MBACP (Accred)
Please note: although my practice is currently full, there may be a few spaces available at the start of January.
I practice just outside Dereham in Norfolk.
If you are looking for friendly professional support to help you through a difficult period in your life, I can help.
Perhaps you are depressed, overwhelmed, angry, upset, or agitated; or perhaps you have had a bereavement or a traumatic experience that you need to talk through. Or maybe you are just looking for more out of life and don't know how to find it. I can provide a safe, confidential space for you talk through these and other issues, working with you at your pace.
Recent studies from the ICCE (International Center for Clinical Excellence) show that 80% of clients who go to counselling and psychotherapy end up in a better place than those who don't seek help.
As a humanistic therapist I will endeavour to treat you at all times with the utmost respect, and to work with you in a way that best suits you, to explore your issues and try to help you to find more rewarding and satisfying ways of living your life.
