About me
Loss can be deeply painful.
Whether it’s bereavement, loss of purpose, a relationship, health, identity or work. I offer an empathic space to talk about what’s on your mind and give you support as we walk through this together. It can be hard to ask for help and you’ve made a big step already.
I provide a non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what's on your mind. I aim to help and empower you to live in the freedom. I believe there is healing from the past, strength for the present and hope for your future.
Feel free to send me an email to help you get the support you need in this time.
