About me
I work with adults who are living with the lasting effects of trauma — often quietly, and often for longer than they ever expected. Many of the people who come to me feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, especially when previous therapy hasn’t fully reached the deeper layers of their experience.
I’m an accredited integrative psychotherapist specialising in complex trauma and PTSD, working with clients in the UK and internationally. I have particular experience supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse, narcissitic control, humanitarian and frontline workers, and adults with ADHD or Autism.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and somatic, meaning we work gently with both mind and body, always at a pace that feels safe. I draw on a range of approaches — including somatic work, creative imagination, CBT, and psychodynamic understanding — integrating them thoughtfully to meet each person’s unique needs.
Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and focused on helping you develop greater safety, self-understanding, and a more grounded connection with yourself and your life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, with specialist training in complex trauma and PTSD. I am also a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I also hold a certification in Clinical Complex Trauma – Level II (CCTP-II), and one in Somatic Therapy, qualifications focused specifically on working with complex and developmental trauma.
I hold four academic degrees, including postgraduate psychotherapy training in the UK, and bring over 18 years of experience working with trauma across clinical, NHS, charitable, and international humanitarian settings. My background includes work in a residential facility for suicidal individuals, an NHS mental health team, bereavement services, and long-term work with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, including ongoing pro-bono practice.
Alongside my clinical work, I spent many years working internationally with organisations such as the UN system, supporting people affected by conflict, displacement, and extreme stress. This experience deeply informs how I understand trauma — not just as a set of symptoms, but as something that affects identity, safety, and the nervous system over time.
My training and experience allow me to work with clients who need a careful, grounded, and nuanced approach, particularly those who have tried therapy before and are looking for deeper, more embodied change.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information
I offer therapy in person in Central London and online, working with adults across the UK and internationally. Sessions take place in a quiet, private setting designed to feel calm, respectful, and contained. Online sessions are held via video platform and can be a good option if you prefer flexibility or are based outside of the UK.
My way of working is collaborative and paced to you. We begin by creating a sense of safety and understanding, before gently exploring what has brought you to therapy. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready, and sessions are guided by your needs, boundaries, and goals.
Therapy with me is typically medium- to long-term, particularly when working with complex trauma, though this is always discussed together. I aim to offer a steady, reliable therapeutic space where you can slow down, reflect, and develop greater regulation, clarity, and self-trust over time.
