About me
I am a supportive, compassionate and experienced practitioner. I am a professional member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
I am an integrative therapist which means I am able to draw on a range of different theories to provide you with tailored and individualised support. I regularly engage in professional development to support my own growth and ensure I remain able to offer the best possible service.
I have a non-judgmental and pragmatic view of therapy and work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. My practice is inspired and informed by the fact that I have benefited greatly from therapy at various stages in my own life.
I have experience working in with families, couples therapy, hospices, a young people's charity and in drug and alcohol services. I work with adults, couples and young people over the age of 16. I am also experienced in working with those in leadership who may require a coaching and psychotherapeutic approach.
I can offer you face to face, online or weather dependant walk and talk if you are local to Bedford.
I will create a safe, ethical and warm environment for you to explore your thoughts, behaviours, and patterns. We can work creatively or traditionally, whatever works for you, towards the hope that brought you here.
Please call me or email me and I will do my best to respond within 24 hours. I offer a free 20 minute exploratory session to help you decide if you would like to work with me.
