About me

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming at times but you don’t have to navigate everything alone.

Whether you’re healing from a painful relationship, feeling anxious and overwhelmed, battling low self esteem, or wrestling with silent struggles, we’ll work together to uncover what helps you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of your life.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals as they navigate relationship dynamics, family difficulties, trauma, loss and significant life transitions.

I also bring experience working with women throughout the perinatal period, navigating infertility, miscarriage, and baby loss, as well as the emotional challenges of early parenthood.

But whether you’re going through something specific or just need someone to really listen, I’m here to offer a confidential place where you can speak freely and be met without judgment.

What to expect from me

I am a fully qualified and registered Counsellor and Therapist. As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches. Instead of a set way of working, I’ll meet you as you are, and together we’ll let the sessions adapt to what feels most helpful for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am Level 5 CPCAB trained, with an advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I also hold a Level 4 CPCAB Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of life experiences. I’ve worked as a bereavement counsellor in a hospice, offering compassionate support through grief and loss, and as a school counsellor, helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence and the demands of school life.

As well as my private practice, I am currently working with a specialist charity that supports women through the profound emotional challenges of pregnancy - including infertility, miscarriage, baby loss, traumatic birth, unplanned pregnancy, and the struggles of antenatal/ postnatal anxiety & depression.
