Amanda Perrin MNCS, BSc (Hons) Psych, Ad. Dip CP, Hyp Dip
I offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental counselling service for adults and young people. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, depression or relationship issues? Or perhaps you feel like you’re not coping with life as well as you’d like and you’re not sure why. I am here to listen and support you in exploring the issues that may be blocking your path into a happier life.
You don’t have to feel alone, I offer caring and confidential support and will guide you through the counselling journey.
I have many years’ experience in counselling and hypnotherapy, working on a short term and long term basis. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw upon techniques and theories from different models of therapy.
I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation which will provide you with an opportunity to talk about your needs and expectations and discuss the best way forward. You can use this time to see if you feel comfortable in the therapy setting before moving forward to full sessions.
Sessions are available on weekday evenings. Please enquire through this website and I will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a free consultation.
I am fully insured and a member of the National Counselling Society.
