About me
At Soul Healing Counselling, I offer a warm, compassionate, and creative space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. My practice supports clients through trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, grief, neurodivergence, and emotional overwhelm. I integrate talking therapy with expressive tools such as drawing, therapy cards, guided meditation, and body-based techniques. Ember, my trainee therapy dog, is also present in some sessions, offering comfort, connection, and emotional regulation support.
I work with adults, young people, and parents. Whether you’re struggling with the weight of the past, seeking greater emotional balance, or wanting to reconnect with yourself, I offer a grounded and personalised approach. Sessions are offered weekly or fortnightly, and I typically recommend a minimum of 10 sessions to begin with, allowing time for real change to unfold.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have completed further training in counselling supervision, DBT, CBT, ACT, Thought Field Therapy, Emotion Code, and Body Code. I’m a registered member of the BACP and currently applying to become a BACP mentor. I am a member of BABCP and Creative Counsellors. I also offer clinical supervision using a creative, integrative model tailored to the individual.
With a rich background in the charity sector, finance, education, and HR, I bring strong organisational skills and a practical mindset into the therapy room. I have years of experience working with adults and young people, including those affected by trauma, bullying, neurodivergence, and relationship issues.
I’m also trained in delivering bibliotherapy, creative trauma workshops for parent-carers, and animal-assisted interventions.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Additional information
My standard fee is £100 for a 90-minute session held in person at my Jersey practice. This allows for deep, unhurried exploration and integration of the work we do together.
I also offer longer initial consultations (up to 120 minutes) to provide time for a fuller assessment and space to begin forming a therapeutic plan.
Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs. I recommend committing to a minimum of 10 sessions to support meaningful progress.
All sessions must be paid for in advance or at the time of booking. If you have private insurance, I’m happy to provide invoices so you can claim reimbursement directly.
Further information
I’m neurodiverse myself and understand the importance of adapting therapy to meet individual processing styles. My sessions can include visual tools, printouts, journaling, and body-based grounding practices to support sensory regulation and emotional safety.
I offer in-person sessions in Jersey (Channel Islands), as well as online therapy via the confidential Signal app. I’m listed on several Employee Assistance Programmes and mental health frameworks.
If you’d like to explore working together, please feel free to reach out, I offer a 15-minute consultation to help you decide whether my approach is the right fit for you.
