About me
Hi, I'm Alice, if your mind feels constantly busy, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking… you’re not alone.
You might feel like you’re always “on edge”, replaying thoughts, or struggling to switch off — even when you’re exhausted. Maybe you’ve tried to cope on your own, but things still feel heavy or hard to manage.
I support adults and young people who are struggling with anxiety, OCD patterns, low self-worth, and feeling overwhelmed — helping you feel calmer, more in control, and able to cope day-to-day.
I offer both online and in-person sessions in Fareham.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. We go at your pace, gently and without pressure.
As a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, therapy with me is relaxed, supportive, and tailored to you.
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I work in a way that fits you — combining counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy where helpful, so we’re not just talking about things, but also helping your mind and body learn how to feel calmer and safer.
Together, we might:
Understand what’s keeping you stuck in cycles of anxiety or overthinking
Gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns
Build coping strategies that actually feel manageable
Use hypnotherapy to support relaxation, confidence, and emotional regulation
You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy — that’s what the space is for.
I have a particular focus on supporting:
Anxiety & overthinking
OCD patterns & intrusive thoughts
Low self-esteem & self-worth
Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained
Stress and difficulty switching off
Teen mental health support
If you’re feeling stuck in your thoughts or disconnected from yourself, we can work together to gently rebuild a sense of calm and clarity.
I offer a free initial call where we can have a chat, answer any questions, and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
If you’d like to begin, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

My work as a therapist began 3 years ago- working on a voluntary basis then building up to professional client work. I would say my niche as a therapist is working with client surrounding childhood trauma, anxiety and self esteem issues. I find this work very rewarding and relatable as having been through much of the issues myself, I am able to put myself in my clients shoes and explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours from a theoretical, empathic and professional place.
I previously volunteered weekly, in my local community with parents which provides me with so much learning and development as a therapist. I love the challenges that working with Parents, families, children and young people brings and the teaching that I receive into my private practice is second to none.

What to expect from my sessions:
Sessions are calm, supportive, and down-to-earth.
You won’t be judged, rushed, or expected to “perform”. This is a space where you can be honest, even if you don’t fully understand how you’re feeling yet.
Over time, many clients notice:
Their thoughts feel quieter and less overwhelming
They respond differently to triggers
They feel more grounded and in control
Their confidence begins to grow.
I offer ad-hoc, block booking or regular weekly sessions, providing flexibility and ease for clients.
I work evenings but not weekends. My client-focused and led approach means that we are guided by what you need and want out of therapy.
I believe in creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal development, our goal is to empower you with the tools and insights necessary for positive change.
