About me
I am a UKCP-accredited IFS-trained psychotherapist in London. My two main areas of focus are relationships and the psychological meaning of money.
Relationships with others are a mirror of other relationships that we have internalised inside ourselves. It is by helping you connect to what is happening inside you that we can improve your relationships - with yourself first, so that your relationships with others naturally improve too. I am the founder of The Relational Field, a 12-week program to transform relationships.
The other important theme I work with is the meaning of money, especially as it impacts relationships (couples and families with power dynamics, or the complex relationships with money for example).
I am trained in psychodrama psychotherapy (UKCP), and in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and I have a Master of Sciences in Theoretical Psychoanalysis from UCL which informs the way I work. In my practice, I use a combination of verbal and embodied techniques, bringing together psychodrama psychotherapy techniques and the depth of psychoanalytic theory and practice.
Training, qualifications & experience
My Professional Journey
After a graduate diploma in Psychology, I worked as a research assistant at UCL in a psychology and neuroscience laboratory (at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging), and then continued as a student at UCL in an MSc in Theoretical Psychoanalysis Studies.
I then trained in Psychodrama Psychotherapy and fell in love with the psychodrama technique. I realised that the body is a royal road to accessing the unconscious.
I then trained in Transgenerational Therapy at the Anne Anceline Schutzerberger School and then in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Over the years, I have worked in charities (CCIWBS, CPU), in the NHS (Lambeth Integrated Psychological Therapy Team, Greenwood Centre, and finally East London Foundation Trust), and for a private clinic (The Blue Door Practice). The NHS centers where I worked specialised in providing therapeutic services to adults with complex and enduring difficulties ("secondary care").
In 2021, I created 'Psychodrama Around the World', a series of workshops by psychotherapists for psychotherapists where leading psychodrama teachers from around the world came to teach.
I now work primarily in private practice, mainly in person at my consulting rooms in central London and in Primrose Hill. I offer individual, couple, and group psychotherapy, in either English or French.
I am the founder The Relational Field, a 12-week program which I created to help people transform their relationships.

I provide a safe and confidential space where we can explore your difficulties and what is holding you back in life. By bringing gentle awareness of your situation, you have the opportunity to make sense of what is going on for you, so that you can find more freedom and energy in living your life. Psychotherapy is a healing process that necessitates your participation and investment as well as mine, in order to find a new and freer way of living.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
