About me
Counselling Psychologist, EMDR Therapist & Supervisor
I'm an experienced psychologist and psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience working in both NHS and private sector services. My extensive training spans humanistic, psychodynamic, trauma-focused, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I tailor our work to suit you, your experiences, your challenges, and what you want from life.
I work with adults facing a range of difficulties from those experiencing situation-specific stressors to those struggling with long-standing psychiatric conditions. Often, the challenges we experience in the present have deeper roots in our past. Therapy offers a chance to uncover these patterns, understand them, and create lasting change.
Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process. It’s a space where we can think together about what’s going on in your life right now while also making room to explore what’s underneath. My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion, helping you navigate the unknowns, fears, or sadness that may arise along the way.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’d be happy to explore how we can work together.
