About me

Counselling Psychologist, Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind - whether that’s stress, relationships, or deeper challenges. Therapy shouldn’t be a luxury, and I’m committed to making it accessible to those who need it most. If you’re feeling stuck, let’s talk and find a way forward together.

I’m an integrative therapist with over 10 years of experience working in both NHS and private sector services. My extensive training spans humanistic, psychodynamic, trauma-focused, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I tailor our work to suit you - your experiences, your challenges, and what you want from life.

I primarily work with adults facing a range of difficulties - whether that’s stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or self-doubt. Often, the challenges we experience in the present have deeper roots in our past. Therapy offers a chance to uncover these patterns, understand them, and create lasting change.

Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process. It’s a space where we can think together about what’s going on in your life right now while also making room to explore what’s underneath. My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion, helping you navigate the unknowns, fears, or sadness that may arise along the way.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. If any of this resonates with you, I’d be happy to explore how we can work together.
