About me
I am a registered (HCPC) Art Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor working in private practice, with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. My approach is warm, authentic, empathic, and non-judgmental. I offer both short- and long-term therapy, with weekly online sessions from the comfort of your own home, tailored to your unique journey.
In today’s fast-paced world, feeling overwhelmed is common, and I’m here to provide a safe, compassionate space to slow down, reconnect, and heal. I blend traditional Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Jungian psychology, Eastern wisdom, and creative Art Therapy to support deep healing for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Recognising that everyone’s story is unique, I use a variety of approaches to help uncover and work through what may be blocking your personal growth and preventing a purposeful, satisfying life.
I work with adults (18+) and provide clinical supervision for therapists, as well as training and consultancy for organisations on mental health, safeguarding, and complex case management.
My commitment is to create an authentic connection, offering flexible 50-minute online sessions that are accessible and paced to your needs. Whenever you’re ready, let’s take the first step forward together.
