About me

As your therapist, my role is to listen and guide you towards the steps that will help you make the necessary changes to achieve your goals and stop feeling like life is a constant struggle. At times this will be gentle, and at times I might be more direct, if this is what you need. I believe that if you don’t feel challenged during any of your time in therapy, it probably isn’t going to help you in the long-term, because no positive change comes from staying in our comfort zone.

If you are looking for a therapist who suggests manifesting your future or using ‘positive thinking’ to help you overcome your difficulties, then I am not the right person for you. I believe that for any of us to overcome challenging times, we need to be willing to put in real work. I will teach you how to do this, but the rest is up to you.

If you want to start making positive, long-lasting changes to your life, please get in touch.
