About me

Hello, I'm an accredited CBT therapist. I'm passionate about mental health. I understand that everyone is different and different things work for for different people. CBT is mostly about trying to change our emotionsth by looking at our way of thinking and behaving, however I am also a compassionate person and sometimes it's more about opening up and talking about difficult things. I've had a lot of difficult experience myself. I will try to help with anything I can.
I've worked with depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and other less common problems. We can figure out what the problem is and how it can be improved. We can work on thought patterns, overcoming fears, life problems, and also past experiences. Understanding the past can often help us understand and manage our problems in the present.
Feel free to contact me. I'm a private and confidential person, however I am also very chatty and friendly so don't hesitate to send me a message and I'll get back to you.
