I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation so that we can get a feel for if we would be a good fit for therapy.
The last 2 years have been difficult and caused a great deal of change and uncertainty, which may have manifested in stress, anxiety or depression. You may not have considered therapy before but I am here to help you to navigate the issues that are bringing you to therapy and to make sense of the world around you and how you experience it. I am skilled in CBT and Gestalt Therapy and provide outdoor therapy so that we can safely explore your issues in natural surroundings.
I provide video therapy and outdoor therapy sessions. Outdoor therapy sessions take place in rural settings around Greater Manchester and enable me to continue to provide clients with in person therapy sessions safely. We will literally and figuratively walk through your issues side by side using exercise and nature as a therapeutic backdrop.
With a high demand for therapy my main aim is to ensure that people are able to get the help and support that they need. Through my free 20 minute telephone consultation we can establish if i am the right therapist for you, if i am not then i will be able to guide you towards other services that may be more appropriate.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
