About me

Hello, and welcome.

I’m a relational psychotherapist offering a compassionate, grounded space for people who want support or a clearer sense of themselves. You might be here because something specific has happened, or because you are feeling low, anxious, disconnected, or unsure where to turn. Whatever brings you, we can explore it gently and at your pace.

My approach is rooted in relationship and shaped by a deep connection to nature. Healing often moves in cycles, echoing the rhythms of nature, rather than progressing in a straight line. Therapy can help you reconnect with your own rhythms, regulate your emotions, and rediscover the strengths you already carry.

Together, we look at the patterns that shape your life. Some of these may have protected you in the past but now feel limiting. Bringing them into awareness can help you build self trust, strengthen boundaries, and relate to yourself and others with more compassion.

I also pay attention to how we connect with the wider world: nature, community, and the more than human life around us. Many people feel isolated or unseen. Therapy can offer a space to understand your place within a web of connection rather than in separation.

In our work, I bring both depth and lightness. There is room for reflection, curiosity, and humour when it feels right. My practice is trauma informed, inclusive, and sensitive to the impact of systems such as power and oppression. All parts of you are welcome here.

Next steps
If something here resonates, you are welcome to get in touch. We can arrange an initial session to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Training, qualifications & experience

Training & Approach: I trained at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, completing a foundation year and a seven-year postgraduate Master’s and Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. My practice is grounded in humanistic principles, supporting each person’s innate potential and capacity for self-determination.

Relational & Integrative Therapy: I draw from a wide range of psychological approaches: person-centred, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, systemic, existential, transpersonal, eco-psychological, and more, to offer a tailored, client-led experience.

IFS & Eco-Psychology: I am informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which complements my eco-psychological orientation. Together, these approaches help explore inner ‘parts,’ fostering wholeness and connection to the wider world.

Trauma-Informed & Inclusive: I support healing from trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, addiction, grief, eco-distress, activist burnout, and experiences of oppression. My practice is inclusive and attuned to diverse lived experiences.

Creativity in Practice: With a Fine Art degree, I see therapy as a creative, spontaneous process, akin to painting or improvisation where something meaningful and beautiful can emerge in the moment.

Ongoing Learning & Experience: I’m currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Eco-Psychology and have over nine years of experience in private practice.
