Workshop for adults with a long term medical condition
Do you have diabetes, heart disease, IBS, a disability, arthritis, MS or Bells palsy?
Living with a long-term medical condition can pose many challenges – beyond just the physical ones. It can impact upon:
- confidence
- sense of identity
- body image
- energy/lethargy
- mood
- relationships
- employment.
Our one-day workshop will provide a safe space to:
- Meet and share experiences.
- Use a creative approach to look at the meaning of living with your condition.
- Explore practical coping strategies.
- Look at ideas for self-support.
