Do you have diabetes, heart disease, IBS, a disability, arthritis, MS or Bells palsy?
Living with a long-term medical condition can pose many challenges – beyond just the physical ones. It can impact upon:

  • confidence
  • sense of identity
  • body image
  • energy/lethargy
  • mood
  • relationships
  • employment.

Our one-day workshop will provide a safe space to:

  • Meet and share experiences.
  • Use a creative approach to look at the meaning of living with your condition.
  • Explore practical coping strategies.
  • Look at ideas for self-support.
