About me

I am an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist trained at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education. I currently work in Mortimer (off A33, nr junctions 11 & 12, near Reading and Basingstoke) AND Thatcham.
The use of varied art materials in psychotherapy allows for expression and exploration of feelings and issues that may be difficult to put into words. It is not necessary that a piece of art is created but only that you, as a client, bring a willingness to use the arts to explore yourself and your concerns.

I also provide EMDR which is an effective, short term therapy, often offered in longer 1.5 hour sessions.  This is a recognised and effective treatment for PTSD and trauma.

I that these to modalities integrate well or can be used independently.

Iam a member of EMDR Association UK and Ireland. Having completed my EMDR training I am working towards my Practitioner Status.

I am also a registered member of the UKCP.
