Considerations when working therapeutically via webcam: Process, Practicalities and Responsibilities.

This CPD workshop aims to include: An overview of the different types of ‘real time’ online working, dealing with technology, practicalities and skills, safety and contracting issues, online platforms, what the professional guidelines say, our responsibility to data protection, the therapeutic relationship and eye contact in webcam.

The workshop is run interactively, creatively, and looks to respond to queries/ concerns participants may have. It includes refreshments, a CPD certificate, an email ‘handout’, a look at relevant resources, and further benefits from free parking at the lovely venue.

Feedback from similar courses has been positive;

‘This was a very well structured and coherently delivered CPD workshop. I learned a great deal and was pleased that some of the ways I have been working were validated by it.’

‘I appreciated both the structure and relaxed nature of the workshop and the opportunity to get involved in discussion.’

Please feel free to contact Carole for more information or to book on. She is hoping to run the course online in the near future responding to requests from around the country.
