This workshop can benefit a wide range of people, including those suffering from stress, anxiety or depression, as well as those with poor sleep and lack of concentration. It can also help those in the caring industry including mental health practitioners and those suffering from trauma, or seeking an alternative long-term method to manage difficult situations, pain or emotions.
