United therapies workshop

Presenter: Michelle Oldale.

Workshop title: Embodying the activist.

Synopsis: We will look at the place our own stories have in how activism is expressed in our work.

About Michelle: I am a person-centred/experiential psychotherapist and a trainer, author and researcher. My core values reflect the holistic nature of wellness and I aim to maintain a portfolio of work which supports physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being, development of personal passion and aspiration and the enablement of co-operation between individuals and groups. My writing and research interests have included D/deafness, British sign language, power and placements. Current projects include a chapter on values in online teaching. My interests are increasingly linked to size acceptance and intersectionality.

To book your place, please contact the bay therapy centre on 0115 981 3778.

I hope you will join us at this event.

Warm wishes,

Janine Piccirella.
