We are offering five people the opportunity to come along to a mind and body workshop where we will be looking at how the combination of therapy and fitness can bring success and joy to your life (worth £25 per place).
This workshop will help you to understand the effects things like stress, depression and anxiety has on the body and how exercise will help you to feel motivated and empowered to make lasting changes.
We will be breaking down barriers that are holding you back.
We will be be setting specific and targeted goals together.
A morning with Karen and Phil would usually cost £25 per place.

You will be spending the morning with Karen and Phil, who are mother and son. Karen is a humanistic therapist with over 18 years of experience. Phil has worked within the fitness industry for seven years and is an established Personal Trainer.
