Mindfulness is provided in a range of settings and is becoming increasingly popular as a means to help people reduce stress, anxiety and generally enrich their lives. 

Mindfulness involves learning to direct attention to our experience as it unfolds, moment by moment, with open minded curiosity, acceptance and compassion.

This is a taster session for anyone who would like to find out more about this transformative practice.
