Embryology and Continuum movement exploration with Cherionna Menzam-Sills

This is a three day workshop and highly recommended if you are interested in exploring embryology and prenatal experience, both theoretically and experientially. We will be using gentle sounds, breath and movement to connect to the fluid rhythms of the womb environment. It is a safe and gentle way to explore and repattern prenatal experience.
