Bereavement support group

If you are finding it difficult since the loss of a loved one, your job or long standing friendships and want a safe place to talk freely and gain empathetic support from others with similar experiences, this group could be just what you are looking for.

I appreciate that talking in large groups may be difficult and for this reason the maximum number in the group will be eight people.

The meetings will be held fortnightly and will run for 10 weeks.
