A day of mindfulness
Would you like to enhance your sense of well-being, bringing more calmness and peace into your life? Mindfulness allows you to develop ways of finding peace in our busy and often chaotic lives.
Why not join me for a day of mindfulness, cultivating tools to grow more well being in our daily life.
This will be a day of mindfulness, with practices that support well-being. There will be lots of variety to the day, and most will be experiential. It will incorporate formal and informal practice along with some teachings which builds upon these practices, strengthening our ability to support ourselves in our daily lives. The day will give you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and develop skills which can be taken into your day to day lives.

Alys is a Counsellor, Psychotherapist & mindfulness teacher and has worked and trained in the field of Emotional Health & Personal Transformation for the last 20 yrs. She has a special interest in using mindfulness to help people manage stress-related conditions (including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain) & improve their overall well-being.
