Profile

I am an experienced integrative counsellor and clinical Hypno-therapist who has worked with in the community for many years.
I have worked as a teacher and mentor for 15 years prior to Counselling. I ran a youth and community group for many years. I started training as a counsellor 1997 with a Counselling Cert in Bexleyheath College.
I have a HND (Higher National Diploma) in Integrative Counselling, child and adolescent mental health PGC (module) from Greenwich University, Cert in Clinical Hypnotherapy from London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy; I have Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and I am in the process of doing my post graduate qualification. I also have a Diploma in ‘treating eating disorder’ from EDA (eating disorder association). I have extensive training and experience with young people’s issues especially self-harm and eating disorders.
I use Trance work (hypnosis) and NLP if and when required or requested by the clients.
My main work will be face to face Counselling, long or short term.
I also run workshop and groups dealing and working with anger management, relaxation, phobias, weight control and stop smoking using Hypnosis.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Certificate in counselling. HND in integrative counselling. Child and adolescent mental health PGC, Certificate in Clinical hypnotherapy, Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Eating disorder diploma. I am a member of BACP (British society for Counselling and Psychotherapy), as well as a affiliated member of BSCH (British Society for Clinical Hypnosis.

Fees

£50 for counselling short sessions £75 for 90 minutes psychotherapy+hypnotherapy sessions. Group work fees are negotiated according to the numbers in group. Concessions are available for students and those on benefits.
