Supervision details
I offer clinical supervision for fully qualified therapists as well as those still in training. I draw on 15 years of practical experience to support therapists in this most important, peer to peer professional relationship.
My core way of working is CBT but I use an integrative approach, incorporating ACT, CFT and other relevant methods. I continuously keep myself up to date in my practice through a variety of CPD training.
All sessions are conducted remotely via video call so location is no barrier.
I aim to provide a supportive, relaxed, non-judgmental space for therapists to explore their work. I hope to make supervision enjoyable, rather than just a necessity.
I have completed a Supervision Course with the University of Suffolk 'Developing Excellence in Clinical and Therapeutic Supervision: Becoming an
Effective Supervisor'
