Supervision details
My preference is to work and supervise from the client's formulation rather than protocol, leaning towards metacognitive, transdiagnostic and third-wave CBT approaches. My IPT training means that there is an additional focus on relational and interpersonal factors and a specialism in working with moderate-severe depression. I believe in providing high-quality, effective individualised CBT and I will work collaboratively with you to achieve this in your own practice.
