Supervision details
I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist, Senior Lecturer, and Supervisor. I have also completed training in a range of additional therapies, including specialist CBT therapies, DBT, NET, CFT, ACT, and somatic-based interventions.
I have experience of supervising a wide range of different professional groups, both at trainee and qualified level. I also have a wide range of experience providing supervision on a 1:1, small group and team level. In addition to the above, I have taught on a postgraduate supervision course and have experience of providing Supervision of Supervision (SoS).
Supervision can be tailored to your needs and can take place via video call or telephone.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
