This will entail reflecting on your practice and how it may be impacting on your personal life. The purpose of supervision, and what I will strive to implement during our time is:
*To provide a regular space for the you to reflect upon the content and process of your work.
*To developing understanding and skills within the work.
*To relay information and my prospective of the therapeutic work in which you are carrying out.
* To support your professional development
*To enable the exploration of your emotional reactions to the work.
*To encourage your continuous growth as a professional.
*To validate and support you as a person as well as a worker.
*To receive and provide feedback.
*To ensure you are not left to carry unnecessary difficulties, problems or projections alone.
