I completed the PG Diploma in Systemic Teaching, Training and Supervision in 2001 and have taught and trained on Systemic Training courses and offered supervision to a variety of practitioners including social workers, systemic psychotherapists and family support workers.   I currently offer clinical supervision to registered counsellors, 2 Early Help Family Support Teams (31 practitioners in all) as well as 4 Housing Teams.   I am supervising the Family Support Workers of a local Family Centre.   I have previously worked with a Pastoral Support Team at a Boys Comprehensive School (8 workers)

During this time of Covid 19 I supervised the Team Managers of the newly formed Welfare Call Hubs, helping them manage the emotional impact on workers calling the vulnerable members of the community.
