Hello. My name is Maxwell Addo and I am a qualified supervisor.  My supervisory approach is integrative, mainly influenced by humanistic, psychodynamic, existential and CBT approaches. My aim is to facilitate an open space in which to reflect on our clients, clinical experiences and practice that can be both creative and supportive. In addition, the integrative approach is to think openly about how we identify and approach potential challenges, resistance and transference/counter transference.
