Supervision details
I provide evidence based model supervision for a range of health professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, senior management health professionals, mental health nurses, and social workers. I completed an accredited supervisor training programme at Oxford in 2011 and regularly attend CPD events related to supervision. I am on the British Psychological Society Register for Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors. My areas of expertise are CBT, CAT, Compassion Focused, integrative therapy work, working with complex cases and working in complex organisational contexts. I also have an interest in supervision related to clinician well-being and resilience at work and career planning.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

The Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) is a registered charity. They welcome members of the public, health professionals, ACAT accredited professionals, and anyone interested in finding out more about CAT. They list CAT practitioners.
