As your supervisor I will offer advice, guidance, information, support, and supportive challenge to enable  you to reflect in depth on issues affecting your practice.  We will work together to reflect on any issues affecting practice, which will enable you as the supervisee to develop and maintain an acceptable standard of clinical expertise;

We will work to your agenda, within the framework and focus negotiated at the beginning of each session.  However, I as your supervisor reserves the right to highlight items apparently neglected or unnoticed by you as the supervisee.

We will work respectfully, both of us being open to feedback about how we are experienced in the clinical supervision.
