Supervision details
The Supervision is safe, ethically minded, restorative and collaborative to give you the conversation you need to support your clients and develop your practise, regardless complexity.
I have a decades worth of experience working with a wide variety of clients, covering different genders, ages, races, belief systems, financial & educational backgrounds and nationalities. I have supported colleagues in educational settings, private practise and trainee's.
In addition, the supervision I offer is underpinned by my systemic practise and formed around the 7 eye model (Hawkins & Shohet); which allows me to incorporate a relational & holistic approach. Meaning that as well as focusing on the client(s) that you bring, we also look at the processes involved: such as approach/method/techniques used, the relationship in context, your own well being and our work together.
