Supervision details
Through the lens of the 7-eyed supervision model, I offer a collaborative environment.
Led by you and your needs, this space provides a reflective and explorative opportunity to deepen the understanding of your practice. It can also be a space to discuss other issues such as ethics, working practices, CPD, therapeutic modalities, tools or just yourself - the space is all yours.
I am particularly interested in working with students and newly qualified counsellors setting up private practice for the first time.

About me
My primary counselling training was in humanistic therapy, specifically Gestalt theory. I completed my placement hours working with young people and continued working with 11-25-year-olds for another 5 years after qualifying. I went into private practice in 2017 working with individual adults and this is where I have continued working.
Over the years I have gained knowledge in many different areas of the counselling world. I am a trauma-informed therapist and have completed CDP in trauma, safety and stabilization tools along with various processing techniques.
