Supervision details
I hold a Diploma in Integrative Supervision from the Minster Centre, which meets the UKCP’s requirements for supervision training. I believe the supervisory relationship is paramount in helping supervisees to gain in confidence, creativity and ethical competence, whilst offering a supportive, creative, and appropriately challenging space for exploring and reflecting on client work and promoting professional growth. As a supervisor, I support supervisees in developing their own skills and personalities. In being less directly engaged with the client, I can be more reflective, using my own experience to help supervisees develop their own unique style of working and their own solutions to difficult work situations.
